Many projects have requirements that are not defined at the start but need movement. To initialize this project a team can be composed of current. skill-set that is needed. An hourly fee based on the time resource expended would be mutually agreed during the start of the contract. At a later stage if there is a change in the client requirement, they can conveniently alter the combination thereby optimizing the cost duration.

This pricing model is most suitable when the in-house team has complete control of the project and the Travash professional is used as a team member. In this case the pricing is based on an hourly rate for the tenure of their employment. This dedicated professional will provide the specific skill set required for the project without the long-term commitment of a permanent employee. Travash has professionals with a wide variety of skills that can be moved in to augment the client team on relatively short notice.
